Spa Experience Guide & Etiquette

We highly recommend you to reserve your treatment(s) in advance to ensure the booking fits your schedule. Bookings can be made via the phone, e-mail, the AMOOMA App or website. We require your credit card number as record for all reservations. Alternatively, you may make the payment in advance at our front desk. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.
We request our guests to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment so that you can have some time to disconnect and prepare for the experience. Every guest’s experience is important to us, and for that reason, we will not be able to provide a full-length treatment if your arrival is delayed. Full service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival. In return we will do our best to be on time, and if we are unable to do so we will add time to your session to make up for our late arrival accordingly.
Guests aged below 18 years old should be accompanied by their parent or guardian. Parent must sign a consent form before administering any spa treatment/s. For guests aged between 10 to 15, a parent or guardian must be present in the treatment room during the treatment.
We respectfully request that you provide us with a 6 hours notice of any schedule changes or cancellations. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without sufficient notice, we are often unable to reassign those slots, causing other guests not being able to take advantage of the vacancy. For this reason, we require a credit card number be provided at the time of booking, and full treatment fees will be charged at cancellation without sufficient notice.
Kindly note that during Black Rainstorm & Typhoon No. 8 or above, your appointment will be automatically cancelled. Our spa operation will resume back to normal two hours after the hoisted signal has been lowered. If the hoisted signal lowers after 6pm, our spa operation will only resume back to normal on the following day.
We advise you to disrobe completely for your treatments, and disposable underwear will be provided for your comfort. Appropriate towel draping will be done throughout the treatments by our highly trained therapists.
Kindly inform us about any allergies or serious health conditions that may contradict with your treatment.
We highly value our guests’ privacy, relaxation and spa experience. Therefore, we request all of our guests to switch off your phone or put it on silent mode upon entrance of the spa.
In order to extend longevity of treatment benefits, we recommend our guests to continue their skin care regime at home. All the professional spa products used on our treatments are available at our spa retail counter.
In order to safegaurd your valuables, we ask that you do not bring your valuables to your spa service(s). We regret that we will not take any responsibility for any loss or stolen items.
Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for services rendered. All our treatment or membership packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. We reserve the right to offer and recommend alternative spa treatments if the ones requested are not available.
